Bardroom to pickle Cucumber Season with over-extended metaphors on August 15th

July 16, 2007

Nothing says kanikula like a steamy evening of sweaty poets and salubrious writers. The Bardroom announces their August 15 show headlining with two visiting writers: the Prague-based impresario, Travis Jeppesen, and joining us from the Paris of the West–the spritely Heather Hartley. In addition, Jeff Taylor will provide the shocking sequel to his earlier PowerPoint extravaganza, The Michelangelo Code II. As usual, audience members will be thrilled with exotic prizes and mind-bending quiz questions. The venue will be the familiar Nyitott Műhely on Rath György u. 4 starting at 7:30pm.

Travis Jeppesen is touring to promote his new novel, Wolf at the Door, which was published by the Prague-based Twisted Spoon Press in their Expatriate Writers series.
